REFUNDS - Due to the nature of the type of items and services that are sold, Resa Jae Graphics does not provide any refunds for any services or products at any time. Wanting to use another designer or having buyer's remorse is not a suitable means for a refund.

If you would like to cancel an order you have already paid for and the design process has already begun, Resa Jae Graphics will not refund any of the payment already received. If the client decides to not choose any of the concepts offered, no refunds will be issued as the work has already been completed. If there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out and get in contact with us.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES - The client has 24 hours to respond to our emails and proofs. After this grace period, the order will be terminated/fulfilled, and the client will have to pay a restart fee of $20. Waiting on responses/decisions hinders us from closing out projects and moving on to new clients. We understand that life happens. We ask that you openly communicate with us.

 

  • Trust, we will do our best to work with you.
     
    **This agreement can also be terminated by Resa Jae Graphics for the following reasons:

  •  Rejection of several designs without giving sufficient criticism or suggestions;

    leaving the designer to guess what they dislike (“I don’t know what’s missing. I just don’t like it.”)
     

  • Requesting features that were not in the original agreement, or on the original

    submission form and refusal to pay for extra services  to be rendered.
     

  • Makes unreasonable requests, for example:

“I would like four different versions of the logo by tomorrow night, thank you!”

"I would like the website to be changed from the original request to another design"
 
Is unable to make decisions, forcing the designer to make constant changes to the design.

  • Harassment of any kind

  •  Client deemed difficult to work with.
     

CANCELLING ORDERS - Resa Jae Graphics reserves the right to cancel any order if client breaks any policies and/or contract agreement. We are not responsible if client don’t read our policies to their full advantage as we asked! Any Cancelled orders will not receive a refund.

DEPOSITS - When paying a deposit for eligible products please be aware remaining balance is due within 24 hours once you approve your design. If you fail to pay your balance your order will be cancelled and marked as “Not paid” There will be no refunds! Once REMAINING BALANCE is paid. Your design will be uploaded to your website and/or your files will be sent VIA email.
